Just because I miss blogging...

I haven't blogged in awhile, just because... I'm 2 days shy from this being 1 month after my last entry...

Anyway, I still owe an entry about my bacolod trip. i already made an entry file at home but haven't uploaded it yet...pictures.. I have uploaded them in my multiply account imnsho.multiply.com

Should I still make an entry about our office moving here at Net Square? Hmm..kakatamad... hehehe

I saw a billboard yesterday along SLEX-Magallanes that says something like "White, The Only Color that God wears" It a car ad. Is God really just wearing white?

The City of Smiles

During the last week of August (during SPL's move to Net2) I went to Bacolod with my parents and I got Iam to tag along under the false pretense that everything except for the flight will be free LOL! Anyway, it was a week long vacation and we (both Iam and I) was on a very tight budget...Not knowing what we could possibly do in Bacolod, I've even researched/printed list of ways we could go from Bacolod to Boracay thru Iloilo as back up (hahaha tight budget daw)(read more...)

Despedida... and a surprize!
Before TinTin left for the states (for work...huhu ingit...hehehe), we had a sort of despedida for her (na KKB! hahaha) and we were in for a big surprize... Mica was there! Big Surprize! =)

The next day saturday, i had a little reunion with the IT peeps - Katz, Ai, Grace, Jo, and Van. Pizza for everyone c/o Van and Ai advance bday blow out. Watched Devil wears Prada, nice movie.

Liwanag sa Dilim

Brownout... when I left the house this morning there was still no electricity and there was a pile of tree branches right outside our house... the neighbors are cutting down na trees surrounding the playground (in front of our house). It was a shame that I forgot my video cam here in the office, it would have been nice to video the strong winds yesterday and the trees' branches were really touching the ground.





Can't resist not sharing that Papa left the house yesterday to go to Gawad Kalinga Site because somebody got his fingers cut with debris flying. It was a big risk because there was a lot of things flying around and it was about a 15 mins walk from our place to a slippery dirty road. To his dismay there was this one guy who keeps putting all the blame on him. Was it my father's fault some of the houses (which by the way they built out of charity) had their roofs blown by the strong wind? It was signal #3 by the way and even huge trees got uprooted so I don't think it was anybody's fault that these things had happen. Instead of helping his neighbors try to fix their roof he kept on blaming the engineer that made the houses. (err that’s my father you *@#$)Hay naku kakainis...


On other news not related to the weather, this morning to my surprise I was greeted with a spawn (hehehe a lot) of personnel wearing really white and neatly pressed barongs checking bags and asking that we wear our IDs going in. I though that Net2 suddenly decided to X 1000 percent their security here and match the tight security of RCBC. Later on I found out (thru chismis here in the office) that Pres. Gloria is going to the Ericson Inaguration some floor here in Net2. Looking out the window I could see the motor bikes she has for security and a couple of media vans ABS-CBN, GMA, and ABC 5 parked in a closed street. Sosyal!
