Maybe a few people know this but I really really do love putting make up on! I've even looked drag-ish back in college... then mellowed down a bit since I started working 4 years ago... now the addiction is back (really nice weather kasi to put on liquid foundation... hehehe) and found a new guru on you tube! love it! this girl does sing also.. but thats a different story... I do recomend watching her other videos.. this one is just what make up every girl needs I want a make up kit for christmas!!!

I didn't even notice it... did you? hehehe that was a lie... I've been counting days till December already... I love Christmas! especially this year since it will be a little special... nah, probably not the first reason you thought of why, but its more like taking courage on things...

Times like these (xmas presentations etc) I wish I had taken Gymnastics lessons or voice or some useful really nice talent... hehehe... don't get me wrong I'm not exactly tone deaf or have two left feet (well not also saying that its bad to be one) but isang malaking hay grabe na mamangha talaga ako sa mga magagaling sumayaw at kumanta... huhuhu ingit. I want to back flip or something! or hit a really high note! Parang at my age hindi na siya 'learnable'....I can't even cart wheel with two legs straight... all i can do is egg roll! hehehe

Discovery Travel and Living is showing Kelly Osbourne: Turning Japanese a 3 part episode where Kelly Osbourne goes to Japan to try out quirky jobs.

I enjoyed watching it... I see that she still swears a lot... still belts out a big laugh... and she's bitchin' about a lot of things (which is kinda like me these past few days... hehehe) Its nice seing her in tv again, watched the osbournes way back when I was watching MTV. She still speaks her mind out, as a girl in Japan, this is interesting for a country who does somehow underrates women (not sure if thats the right term) so I'm really interested how Japan meets Kelly hope I get to watch all 3 episodes.

Now sitting in front of my computer.. after reading my work emails... I felt a little guilty about taking time off from work... with about two days till the big day of the xmas party! So much to do with so little time! Well good thing my groupmates are really reliable and was able to work things out without me... now I owe them a few things we need for the party... hmmm...

So the reason why I took time off from work is because Van's back in Manila after more than a month's stint in Slovakia... and we don't really know till when she'll be here since she's scheduled to leave again maybe for Ukraine. And also since its the holidays we might have unexpected plans as well...

Anyway, long excuse aside, we went to MOA... ate at Don Henrico's (its already open btw... and watched Beowulf on IMAX. Love it!!

Did some of my errands in the process.. bought a really nice pair of slacks and blazer, close black shoes w/ 1 inch heels, and my study books.

I'm trying to look for an entry I did with the same title. It's misa de gallo once again. a.k.a 9 mornings. Got to attend an anticipated mass late last night. I couldn't really wake up 4am in the morning and go to the main church... It requires a tricycle ride going there, and you probably know how I hate walking out or village because of those pesty dogs whose damn owners let them out their houses. If it was just not cruelty to animals to feed them as azusena... darn owners!

Well anyway, I don't think I'll be able to complete it. I never really have. Much like first fridays this year, which I missed last April since it was Good Friday and I thought that there weren't any masses since Christ is sort of dead. And the other one was just last last friday, when I forgot it was 1st friday and planned something for the xmas party. Oh well...

Anyway, today has got to be one of the most surreal day of my life. Slept around 1am, woke up at 6:01am.. got to work around 8:30am, and 13 hours later I'm here at home... no gimik tonight since I carried with me about 4 kilos of ham my mom order as Christmas gift. And nobody want to fetch me in the office since traffic is pretty bad.

Hay... I don't really know what to feel right now, sad, excited, sorry, happy... so much mixed emotions plus lack of sleep equals looney me. I think I just gave my manager some little problem for the holidays... hehehe... awww feel sorry already he knows its just a choice in life that people sometimes do make. A fork on the road that I've been passing for quite sometime now, its only now that I'm heading for the road less traveled and not the one that people are used to. Happy and hopeful for what 2008 will bring.

Today is my last day of work before Christmas 2007. Next week is going to be may last day of work before 2008 hits... hahaha... as always I'm going to work in the middle of the long weekends... hehehe... not really the traditional holiday vacation type of person... Besides its fun working on these days...tahimik sa office kasi wala masyado tao, and lesser work load.

I have a number of things to be thankful for this year and hopefully I could share it one of these days. One of which is that I gave myself an external hard drive for xmas! Merry Xmas to me! hahaha... now I won't need to borrow Jamih's External HD just to bring home series.. hehe

Hay, can't sleep again... this is what I get for sleeping at 3am yesterday, waking up at 9am, then sleeping again at 1pm, and waking up at 5pm... Hahaha I think my body clock will go wacko on me again.

So a cup of jjamppong is keeping me company right now while blog/multiply hopping to anyone of my contacts who has updated these past few days... demmit! I'm forever branded to not know how to spell fusion... waaaa lasalyano talaga ako (following the pep-cheering competition incident this year) hehehehe... oh well papel... still is funny, better funny than not funny at all.

I'm dying of envy that tita rowie and dyane went to Thailand for a concert! Waaaa! The same concert Diane Ponky went to early this month but in Malaysia... Asian tour!!! Bakit kasi walang pinas! hehehe oh well siguro its just hard to break out foreign music in the Philippines lalo na if you can't understand it, with sooo many really good local singers, I don't think foreign pop sensation will sell... only to the few of us who really try to break into the k-pop genre... nasa k-pop 'wannabe' fan classification pa lang ako.. hehehe...

So this is why Kat Von D' left season 3 of Miami Ink. She has her own spin off which is LA Ink that will be aired in Discovery Travel and Living soon. Can't wait! Kat is hot! she has slimmed down since Miami Ink.

I will get Inked someday, but won't be soon as long as I'm living under my parents roof... hehehe... but they know I'll get one... a really tiny one coz I'm afraid I can't take the needle slicing/poking thinggy hehehe... I'll be sticking to piercings for the time being.

Last thought for this entry... my neighbor closed off the main street for his company xmas party... tsk tsk tsk... i'm feeling some angry neighborhood tension brewing...its sooo inconvenient to go around the block just to pass by two houses down the main street...something like that... I could here screeching tires passing by our house... plus the fact that there is still loud music being played until now... I think it will take more than xmas leftovers to give to their next door neighbor to shut up their complaints in the barangay.

Thank God i didn't suffer from Tamad-ritis like the day before and decided to haul my lazy ass out of bed and into MOA to meet up Jay and Diane... our target destination... Tagaytay. Left MOA around 2:30pm got to Tagaytay around 4:30. We met up with Juniffer and Mark in Leslie's tagaytay. I love Leslie's Bulalo! We ordered Set B good for 5! Considering I was mostly with guys the food was more than enough for us. Then off to Starbucks to do more chitchatting.

My stomach aches, throat swollen, and my lungs almost lost for air due to laughing out boisterously most of the time, funny what guys can talk about, diane and I couldn't stop laughing. We reminisc about good old college days, 6to9 club, planning to eat in Mcdo taft, the guys farm in college - most of the barn animals I barely remember, beliefs on love and relationship, marriage, kids, what are girls in their late 20's generally are (syempre I beg to differ pero sabi naman nila generally lang daw), so I gave my own opinion of what guys generally are. And a few shocking news - Mark has a girlfriend! (Congrats!) Juniffer has no girlfriend at the moment (for real??? soo shocking) Jay - we knew about his news for quite sometime, but it still is shocking, Diane - its complicated, and lastly Moi?! - its work related... hehehe.

A few pit stops later at Shell SSH, Mark's house, San Pedro Cher bus for Diane's ride home, Juni's friend's house... and I got home 12:51am, aliw aliw. Woke up at 12nn and here I am sharing what a really great day I had yesterday. Sa uulitin (sa Dec 29) hahaha.

Shhhh... I'm hiding here in my brother's room trying to avoid Christmas wishers a.k.a. kids asking for money... and a few relatives who might drop by... I closed all the doors turned off the lights...anything that might give a hint of life in the house... hahahaha... I'm such a scrooge!

I'm telling you now that there is an over population of kids in this country! I don't remember there are these many kids when I was young?! They would come in ones or twos or whole groups, some would even be saying that my papa or mama is their ninong and ninang! Now, how could they possibly know that? Aren't they too little then to even remember?! hahaha...

I was browsing in my Dec 2006 and January 2007 entries... and I don't think I made any NEW resolutions for 2007... for 2007 I just recaped my resolutions back in 2006 which is actually ok... so that is why I don't have much goals this year... and here I am thinking if I achieved any of it, when I actually have none... hehehe weirdo.

Well... I was thinking of making a new list for 2008... but I don't think I'll be able to post it before the year ends... maybe tomorrow night after the new year I'll know what goals I would like to achieve for 2008.

I am claiming 2008 to be my year! A year for everything I hope to be and would like to be in life. Never too old to change, never too old to dream right?

2007 is a really generous year for me... despite my melancholic entries I still am a really happy person with a really uncontrollable temper... hehehe.

I am on a road of uncertainty, the road less traveled, but full of possiblities, opportunities, a little bit of luck and a bucket full of prayers and I know I could make it!

I watched Probe's 2 part 20th anniversary special last Wednesday and I liked what Akiko said.. something like You can't control where life takes you, but you can control how you react to it (hopefully I get her exact quote in the future) but its really true and I guess I have to work on what is controlable to me to make my life more meaningful and happy... starting with my ugly temper...
